When items are received, we provide both a check of the product and photos of the item.

This is a standard service that is provided free of charge, without the need for a separate request.

However, if you require additional special photos after the initial check is completed (for example, to verify a specific part of the item), an inspection fee will be charged.

In most cases, the standard check and product photos should be sufficient to verify the condition of the item.
