therefore, they do not qualify for exchange
or refund. As the piece is finished
with gold plating, it must not be used in
a dishwasher, microwave, or oven.

-The delivery period after shipment is 2~3 days in the metropolitan area and other areas, and 3~4 days in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island.
(Weekends and holidays are closed and are excluded from the delivery time, and the delivery period may change depending on the circumstances of the courier company in each region.)
-Please understand that products are sent through the post office or CJ Logistics, and it is not possible to designate a courier.(It may be changed depending on the situation such as courier strikes.)
-Order cancellation is only possible with payment confirmation and cannot be canceled from the status of preparing for delivery.
-Books and general products cannot be shipped together, and shipping costs are paid separately (shipping costs cannot be combined due to the application of book income deduction)
-Free shipping for orders over 30,000 won, and 3,000 won for orders under 30,000 won will be added
-For bulk purchases of 1 million won or more, please inquire about product inventory and production schedule. (Some popular products cannot be purchased and produced in bulk.)

>Cancellation/Exchange/Refund/After-sales Service
–Order cancellation is only possible when the payment is confirmed, and cannot be canceled from the status of preparing for delivery.
-Returns/exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
-In the case of a change of mind, the amount minus the round-trip shipping cost will be refunded, and the product and packaging condition must be available for resale.
No refunds will be given if the product and case are damaged. When returning, please be sure to pack it as you received it and put it in the delivery box.
-If the item is defective, the full amount including shipping fee will be refunded.
-If you request a refund after shipment, it will be processed after the product is collected.
-Sealed packaging, made products, etc. cannot be returned/refunded due to a change of mind.
