Order cancellation is only possible when the payment is confirmed, and cannot be canceled from the status of preparing for delivery.
-Returns/exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
-In the case of a change of mind, the amount minus the round-trip shipping cost will be refunded, and the product and packaging condition must be available for resale.
No refunds will be given if the product and case are damaged. When returning, please be sure to pack it as you received it and put it in the delivery box.
-If the item is defective, the full amount including shipping fee will be refunded.
-If you request a refund after shipment, it will be processed after the product is collected.
-Sealed packaging, made products, etc. cannot be returned/refunded due to a change of mind.
