– Exposure to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time may cause discoloration or deformation.
– Remove the protective film on both sides of the acrylic before assembly.
– Assembling without removing the protective film may pose a risk of damage.
In the event of product damage caused by the customer’s negligence, exchange,
refund, or return will not be possible.
– Scratches, spots, bubbles, or press marks may be detected on the acrylic due to the material
nature. This is not grounds for exchange or return.
– Exchanges and returns can only be made for dents, spots, etc. that are visually discernible over 5mm.
– Even if it is more than 5mm, fine scratches, imprints, etc. that are confirmed by light reflection
cannot be exchanged.
– The Background paper & OPP serves as packaging material to protect the product
and are not subject to exchange or return.
