– We cannot exchange or refund any damage that occurs in the process of making paper toys, not defective.
– The color may vary depending on your monitor resolution settings.
– Small scratches may occur during the printing process of paper products.
– The size may vary depending on the measurement method.
– Small print misplacements may be detected on books due to the manufacturing process.
– As the book cover serves as packaging to safely store the components, exchanges and returns are not accepted unless the main product is damaged.
– Books may experience wrinkling and impressions due to the nature of paper products.
– Exchanges and returns can only be made for dents, spots, etc. that are visually discernible over 5mm.
– Even if it is more than 5mm, fine scratches, imprints, etc. that are confirmed by light reflection cannot be exchanged.
– The OPP serves as packaging material to protect the product, and tearing may occur during the shipping process. Only product defects are grounds for exchange or return.
– All barcodes are scanned before dispatch to prevent loss or omission of products. Please take an unboxing video for a smooth confirmation process when returning or exchanging items.
– All contents must be sent back when exchanging or returning items. Failure to do so may result in a request for the missing contents. (Extra shipping fees will be borne by the customer.)
