De minimis exemption abolished · New €3 duty applies
The EU is ending its long-standing duty-free rule for low-value parcels. Here’s what’s changing and what it means for your orders from Korea.

What’s Changing
Until June 30, 2026
VAT only
Orders under €150 entered the EU duty-free. Only VAT applied.
From July 1, 2026
VAT + Customs Duty
€3 per product category is added, regardless of order value.
