📦 해외배송을 원하실 땐?
더 이상 추가할 상품 없이 배송을 원하신다면,
Status 버튼을 눌러 주소 입력 → 배송 요청을 해주세요.
‘추가주문 없음(No more additional orders)’ 으로 변경되면,
모든 물품이 도착후 해외배송비 결제 안내를 드리게 됩니다.
🔁 상태 변경은 언제든지 가능해요!
주소 수정도 동일하게 Status 버튼을 통해 가능합니다
‘추가주문 없음’ 상태에서도 포장 전에 다시 ‘추가 예정’으로 변경 가능

🛒 단짝상품 구매 방식은 어떻게 바뀌었나요?
예전에서 장바구니에 담기만 하면 해외배송비가 자동으로 계산되어 한 번에 결제가 가능했어요.
하지만 리뉴얼 이후 해외배송비는 결제에 포함되지 않습니다.
새로운 순서는 다음과 같아요:
상품 결제(deposit 충전) → 배송 신청 / 물품 도착 → 해외배송비 결제 → 출고
배송신청은 대시보드의 Status 버튼을 통해 하실 수 있습니다.
현재 사이트에 등록된 상품들은 한국에서 인기 있는 아이템을 소개하는 역할이며, 진행 방식은 구매대행 BuyforMe 와 동일합니다.

이전에는 게시판만 이용 가능했지만, 이제는 메일, 카카오톡, 사이트 채팅 등 편하신 방식으로 문의 주세요.

We’d like to share a quick guide for our longtime customers to help you get familiar with how things work after our site renewal. (Korean version is above!)
📌 My Account → Dashboard
All orders now begin in the “Planning to add more items” status.
In this status, even if all your items arrive, we won’t send a shipping fee notice —
just like the old site’s “planning to add more” status.
📦 Ready to ship?
If you don’t plan to add more items and want to ship your package,
just click the Status button, enter your address, and request shipping.
Once your status changes to “No more additional orders”,
we’ll notify you with the international shipping fee as soon as everything arrives.
🔁 You can always change the status!
- You can switch back to “Planning to add more items” before packing begins.
- You can also update your address by clicking the Status button again.
📌 Just remember:
When you’re ready to ship, click the Status button and change it to ‘No more additional orders’!
🛒 What’s changed with product orders?
Before, you could check out all at once — product + international shipping together.
Now, the shipping fee is not included at checkout.
Here’s the new flow:
1️⃣ Deposit (product payment)
→ 2️⃣ Request shipping + items arrive
→ 3️⃣ Pay international shipping
→ 4️⃣ Shipment out!
All of this can be done right from your Dashboard → Status button.
The items on our site are now curated to showcase popular products from Korea,
and ordering works the same way as our regular BuyForMe (proxy purchasing) service.
💬 Customer support, now even easier!
In the past, support was only available through our message board.
Now you can reach us by email, KakaoTalk, live chat on the site, whatever’s easiest for you!
Even outside business hours, we’ll reply to what we can as quickly as possible 🙂
