– Minor imperfections such as fine scratches may occur during the printing process.
– Slight misalignment, cutting errors, or small dust particles may occur due to mass production.
– Color variations may occur between cards due to the heat processing method used during printing.
– Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause discoloration or deformation.
– Due to the nature of the fountain pen material, stains on the wooden parts cannot be removed once
absorbed. Please handle with care.
– The nib of the fountain pen is sharp by nature. Please handle with caution.
– Do not use for purposes other than writing or drawing.
– If ink gets into your eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with running water and seek medical
attention as soon as possible.
– Ink dries easily when exposed to air. Always close the cap tightly after use.
– Due to the manufacturing process, the capacity of the glass container may vary slightly.
– Due to the nature of the material, scratches, spots, bubbles, or press marks may occur.
These are not grounds for exchange or return.
– Exchanges and returns are only accepted for dents, spots, or defects that are visibly larger than 5mm.
– Fine scratches, imprints, or dents that are only visible under certain lighting are not eligible for
exchange, even if larger than 5mm.
– Packaging materials such as the paper envelope, package box, internal cushioning, background paper,
and OPP are intended to protect the product and may be damaged during delivery.
These are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or return.
