[Fansign Event Instructions]
– Verification and ticket distribution for winners will begin 1 hour before the start of the fansign event.
– Moving seats during the fansign event is not allowed. If you leave your designated seat, you may be asked to leave, so please remain seated.
– Gifts are not accepted during this fansign event; only letters are accepted. For security reasons, letters cannot be handed directly to the artist and must be submitted in advance.
– You may bring simple fan items, but they must be submitted in advance upon entry. Items not submitted in advance cannot be given to the artist, so please be sure to submit them beforehand.
– Fan items can be worn only during photo time and may be excluded if deemed inappropriate for the event’s smooth operation. Note that submitting a fan item does not guarantee the artist will wear it.
– Fan items will be returned after the fansign event ends, and we are not responsible for any items not claimed during the designated return time. Unclaimed fan items will be disposed of on-site.
– One of the (OFFLINE FANSIGN) BABYMONSTER 3rd MINI ALBUM [춤 (CHOOM)] Crimson / Metallic / Prism Ver. purchased during the application period will be provided on-site, and signatures are only allowed on designated pages in the album.

[Event Application Method]
※ Submitted information cannot be modified after completion, so please ensure accuracy (name, date of birth, contact details, etc.) when applying. We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from incorrect details.

1. Event applications are conducted through YG SELECT.
2. When purchasing the eligible albums from YG SELECT, please enter the required information:
– Name (as applicant)
– Date of Birth (YYYY/MM/DD)
– Contactable mobile phone number
– Winner’s email address
– Nationality

3. Applications are automatically entered for each total quantity of albums ordered during the event period from YG SELECT, not for each order. Set products count by the number of albums included in the set.

※ All albums purchased from YG SELECT are reflected in the Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart.
※ Programs may change due to on-site circumstances.
※ Detailed event procedure information will be announced with the winner announcement.

[Application Precautions]
1. Event applications are processed based on album purchases and completed application time during the application period.
2. Duplicate winning is not allowed for this event.
3. Winner announcement and fan signing participation are processed based on the mandatory information provided at the time of application.
4. For foreigners, the English name on the application must match the English name on the ID, and applications are only accepted under this name. (Applications in Korean names are not allowed)
5. YG SELECT collects personal information (name, date of birth, email, contact information) of applicants to verify winners.
– Personal information provision details for winner selection and event operation are as follows:
– Provided personal information items: Email address (YG SELECT account ID), name (first/last), mobile phone number, date of birth, nationality
– Collection Purpose: Winner selection and proceeding of the face-to-face fansign event commemorating the release of BABYMONSTER 3rd MINI ALBUM [춤 (CHOOM)]
– Personal Information Recipients: YG Entertainment Co., Ltd., YG PLUS Co., Ltd., Details Co., Ltd.
– Retention and Use Period of Personal Information by Recipients: Within 6 months for applicants, within 1 year for winners from the event end date
6. If an order is canceled after purchasing an album and applying for the event during the application period, the applicant will be excluded from the winner selection.
7. Purchased albums cannot be returned if not selected as event winners.
8. This event is available for applicants born from 2007 onward under YG SELECT’s personal information collection policy. Entry is not allowed for those born after April 15, 2010, even if accompanied by a guardian.

※ Acceptable IDs for verification:
– South Korean Minors: Elementary, middle, high school student ID, youth ID (issued by the resident center), passport, national certification with photo and date of birth
– South Korean Adults: Passport, resident registration card, driver’s license, mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS)
– Non-Korean Nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card (Foreigner: Passport or alien registration card only)
*Except for South Korean minors, student IDs (including university IDs) cannot be used for verification.
*For non-Koreans, the English name on the event application must match the name on the ID; no other names are accepted.
*Other forms of ID are not accepted (copies, photos, resident registration, etc.)
*Mobile ID screenshots are not accepted. You may be asked to activate the mobile ID app on-site.
*Only physical IDs that have not expired and meet the requirements are considered valid.
*South Korean IDs must display a clear photo, resident registration number (13 digits), and name, issued by a public institution’s head.
*If using an issuance confirmation, it must be stamped by the head of the institution, and personal information including photo, issuance number, and validity period should be covered with a transparent sticker. Attempts to forge will not be recognized.
*IDs that cannot be clearly identified are not accepted as valid IDs.
– Verification requires the name, photo, and date of birth on the ID, and participation may be restricted if there is any discrepancy with the application.
– Additional second verification, including questions, may be requested to address potential fraud or fake IDs.
– This event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to organizer conditions.

[Fansign Event Precautionary Notes]
– ID verification will be required for identity confirmation before entry; please ensure to bring your ID. (Entry will not be allowed if the ID name differs from the application name)
– Only the winner can attend the event.
– Event winning tickets cannot be received by proxy or transferred/sold to others. (Detected violations will result in participation ban)
– You must bring your ID for identity verification during the event. No entry will be allowed without it.
– No direct contact with the artist is permitted.
– Personal remarks are not allowed during the fansign event.
– Photographing and recording are prohibited during the event. Please leave phones, cameras, and recording devices in the waiting area.
– Possession of recording-capable devices (Bluetooth earphones, smartwatches, etc.) will result in inspection by staff and confiscation/deletion followed by removal if found.
– We are not responsible for situations arising from failure to read or adhere to these precautions; please be familiar with all instructions.
