– Products are shipped in JMEESHOP packaging. As the packaging material serves to protect the main product, exchanges and returns are not accepted unless the main product is damaged.
– Due to the nature of the material and processing, an odor may be detected upon opening. This is temporary and will disappear after some time.
– Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause discoloration or deformation.
– During the separation and assembly process of the acrylic stand, the cut edges may be sharp. Please take care to avoid injury.
– The acrylic stand is covered with protective film on both sides.
– Due to the nature of the material, scratches, bubbles, stains, or press marks may occur on acrylic stands.
– Minor misalignment, cutting errors, or small dust particles may occur due to mass production.
– Fine scratches or dents visible only under light reflection are not considered defects.
– Due to the nature of paper materials, scratches, marks, or spots may occur during the production process.
– Exchanges and returns can only be made for scratches, dents, spots, etc. that are visually discernible over 5 mm (excluding the face part)
– Even if it is more than 5mm, fine scratches, imprints, etc. that are confirmed by light reflection cannot be exchanged.
– All contents must be sent back when exchanging or returning items. Failure to do so may result in a request for the missing contents. (Extra shipping fees will be borne by the customer.)
– All barcodes are scanned before dispatch to prevent loss or omission of products. Please take an unboxing video for a smooth confirmation process when returning or exchanging or omission items.
