– AR cards may not function properly if damaged or contaminated.
– Depending on your internet connection and device specifications,
video playback or download may take longer or fail to work.
– If your phone camera is out of focus, the AR card may not be recognized correctly.
– Please refer to the QR code on the vinyl pack for instructions on how to use the AR card.
– Even if it is more than 5mm, fine scratches, imprints, etc. that are confirmed by light reflection
cannot be exchanged.
– Photo card collection in the AR app is supported only for Special Photo Cards.
– Due to illustration similarities, regular photo cards may sometimes be recognized however,
they are not included in the supported features.
– The color may vary depending on your monitor resolution settings.
– The prints may vary by product.
– Small scratches may occur during the printing process of paper products..
This is not grounds for exchange or return.
– Exchanges and returns can only be made for dents, spots, etc. that are visually discernible over 5mm.
– Due to the nature of randomly dispatched products,
exchange or refund requests due to a change of mind are not accepted for opened products.
– Plastic pack serves as packaging material to protect the product, and tearing may
occurduring the shipping process. Only product defects are grounds for exchange or return.
– As exchange requests are processed with new products,
the included Photo Card may vary from the one you received before exchange.
