Gyeongcheon Ten-story Stone Pagoda with Ice Frame

Even in everyday spaces, the beauty of Korean tradition and

Feel the deep history.

The Ten-story Pagoda from

Gyeongcheonsa Temple was

unlawfully taken to Japan during the

Japanese colonial period,

It was reassembled at

Gyeongbokgung Palace in 1960,

but severe weathering led to

it being dismantled in 1995.

Following more than a decade of

conservation work,the pagoda was

restored and reinstalled in 2005

in the Path to History section on the first floor

of the National Museum of Korea,

coinciding with themuseum’s reopening

at its current Yongsan location.

A silicone ice tray was recently created

in commemorationof this historical journey.

This multi-functional product can be used to make

ice cubes for beverages, of course,

but it is also suitable for desserts

such as jelly or chocolate.

With its three-dimensional form capturing

the traditional architecture of

Goryeo-era stone pagodas

and the Buddhist worldview they reflect,

*Instructions

1. When combining the frame,

So that the inside of the frame does not open.

Press down on both sides and the bottom to merge them.

2. Pour water into the coalesced ice mold,

Cover and place in the freezer.

3. When removing the ice from the mold,

If you leave it at room temperature for a while and then take it out, it will fall off easily.

*Instructions and precautions

· With KCC silicone with US FDA safety certification,

It is 100% domestically made, so you can use it with confidence.

· When the frame is combined, it can be a little tight.

· After the mold is coalesced, there may be a slight gap.

· As the water freezes, it expands, causing the mold to open.

Please pour only 90% water.

· If you twist the mold to remove the ice, the ice may break.

· Immediately after taking it out of the freezer,

The ice may not come off easily,

It is recommended to leave it at room temperature for a while and then take it out.

· Due to the nature of silicone materials, static electricity is generated,

Dust or debris may stick to it.

· Strongly colored liquids may leave stains.

We recommend washing it immediately.

· When the surface of the ice mold is contaminated and not well wiped

After wiping it well with baking soda without water,

Rinse thoroughly with water.

· When sterilizing ice molds, at temperatures below 230°C

After bathing or disinfecting in the microwave for 30 seconds ~ 1 minute,
