※ All processes are done by hand, so there may be slight differences even if it is the same product.

※ Occasionally air bubbles may occur during the fine scratching and coating process, which is not included in the product ideal.

※ Due to the nature of natural mother-of-pearl, the color and light may be uneven.

※ Please note that product color and brightness may vary depending on the user's monitor settings.

※ The dark spots that can be seen occasionally are the surface of natural mother-of-pearl itself.

※ In the process of urethane coating, air bubbles may sometimes occur.

- Order cancellation is only possible when the payment is confirmed, and it cannot be canceled from the state of preparing for delivery.

-You can return/exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

-In the case of a change of mind return, the amount after deducting the round-trip shipping fee will be refunded, and the product and packaging must be resellable.

No refunds will be issued if the product and case are damaged. When returning, be sure to pack it as you received it and put it in the delivery box.

-If the item is defective, the full amount including shipping fee will be refunded.
