2 Types of Paper Posters, 1 Chiffon Fabric Poster[Notice]
– Small scratches and imperfections may be detected. This is not a defect.
– Keep away from sharp objects or fire.
– Due to the mass production process, slightly misplaced printing and loose fibers may be detected on the chiffon fabric poster.
– For spot cleaning, wipe with lukewarm neutral detergent immediately, reshape it, then dry in shade.
– Size may vary by ±1-2CM due to the manufacturing process.
– For printed goods such as photo cards, scratches, nicks, and dents under 5MM and not on the face are not grounds for exchange/return.
– Biodegradable packaging can easily tear. This is not eligible for exchange or return.
– Scratches and damages on the OPP, shrink wrap films, and packaging for protecting the product are not grounds for exchange or refund.
– Missing components are shipped additionally only if a video that contains the requirements on the packaging sticker is provided.
