– Charging with the case removed is required for normal charging. ( Jelly, sometimes it may not be charged with a hard case. )

– For fast charging, you need to connect an adapter that supports 9V/1.67A/Quick Charge 3.0 and a cable (2A or higher) dedicated to fast charging.

– Due to the nature of the wireless charging principle, heat and small noise may be generated, and charging is automatically stopped temporarily when high temperature occurs.

– Be careful not to leave metal accessories or watches while the power is connected.

– A/S is not possible when connecting screws or parts are removed.

– Prolonged exposure to high temperatures or sunlight may cause discoloration or deformation.

– Lifting heavy objects weighing more than 2.5 kg may cause deformation of the leg area.

In case of an error, the A/S method and period If the charging is not possible or disconnected, please check the following points.

1) Is my smartphone a model that supports wireless charging?

2) The power cable and adapter are connected well, and the lamp is lit on the back.

3) Whether the adapter you use supports 9V/1.67A or 9V/2A.

4) When you change the charging line, does it charge well?

5) Is the case removed and charged?

– If a product malfunction occurs under normal use within 1 year, it can be repaired free of charge.

– A/S method: If you send the product to the head office of Shelang Korea after inquiring about the place of purchase, we will repair it and send it after checking the error.
