This is not grounds for exchange or return.

– Background paper may be scratched or pressed during packaging and delivery.

– As the sheet serves(Background paper) to protect the item,
exchanges and returns are not accepted unless the main product is damaged.

– Exchanges and returns can only be made for dents, spots, etc. that are visually discernible over 5mm.

– The OPP serves as packaging material to protect the product, and tearing may
occur during the shipping process. Only product defects are grounds for exchange or return.

– Assembling without removing the protective film may pose a risk of damage.
In the event of product damage caused by the customer’s negligence, exchange, refund, or
return will not be possible.

– Even if it is more than 5mm, fine scratches, imprints, etc. that are confirmed by
light reflection cannot be exchanged.
