- Moisturize and wet enough to prevent water from draining, apply about 1/4 of the product to your hair and apply it evenly from the roots to the ends. Leave for at least 10 minutes, and up to 45 minutes if desired. After rinsing with water, use shampoo and conditioner. (Use once a week, use twice a week for extremely damaged hair)
