the material nature. This is not grounds for exchange or return.
– Background paper may be scratched or pressed during packaging and delivery.

exchanges and returns are not accepted unless the main product is damaged.
– Exchanges and returns can only be made for dents, spots, etc. that are visually discernible
over 5mm
– Even if it is more than 5mm, fine scratches, imprints, etc. that are confirmed
by light reflection cannot be exchanged.
