– Small scratches may occur during the printing process of products.

– The figures are not in any particular order.

– An odor may be detected upon opening due to the material nature and processing of the
product. It is temporary and will disappear after some time.

– Acrylic stands have protective films on both sides.

– After removing the character parts from the character plate,
it is difficult to re-bond and fix them back to their original state.

– It may be difficult to combine the characters and the protective film on the floor plate if not removed.

– Remove the protective film on both sides of the acrylic stand before assembly.

– Scratches, bubbles, or press marks may be detected on the acrylic stand due to the material
nature. This is not grounds for exchange or return.

– Background paper may be scratched or pressed during packaging and delivery.

– As the sheet serves(Background paper) & Transparent case to protect the item,
exchanges and returns are not accepted unless the main product is damaged.

– Exchanges and returns can only be made for scratches, dents, spots, etc. that are visually
discernible over 5 mm (excluding the face part)

– Even if it is more than 5mm, fine scratches, imprints, etc. that are confirmed by light reflection
cannot be exchanged.
