– Exchanges and returns can only be made for dents, spots, etc. that are visually discernible over 5mm.

– Even if it is more than 5mm, fine scratches, imprints, etc. that are confirmed by light reflection
cannot be exchanged.

– The Background paper & PET case, OPP serves as packaging material to protect the product
and are not subject to exchange or return.
